No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of all our products, we maintain a strict no-return and no-exchange policy. All sales are final.
What This Means for You
- Plan carefully: Review all product details, customization options, sizes, and specifications before placing your order
- Verify accuracy: Double-check your order confirmation email for accuracy
- Ask questions: Contact us before ordering if you have any questions about products, sizing, or customization
Exceptions
Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement only (no refunds). To qualify for a replacement, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide clear photographs of:
- The damaged portion of the product
- The transparent inner packaging
- The outer package showing the shipping label
Important: We strongly advise against opening packages with cutters or scissors, as this may damage the product inside. Without the required photographs, we cannot process a replacement request.
Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, we will issue a refund or replacement. You must:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
- Provide clear photographs of:
- The incorrect product
- The package with the shipping label visible
Without these photographs, we cannot process your request.
Lost in Transit
If your package has not been delivered after 40 business days from the shipping date, we will issue a full refund. You must provide the tracking number and contact us to initiate the refund process.
