Processing and Shipping Times
All products are made to order. Processing times vary by product and will be specified on each product page. Once your order is manufactured, it will be shipped using the method selected at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Please:
- Monitor your tracking regularly
- Ensure someone is available to receive the package
- Contact the carrier directly if you have concerns about delivery
Shipping Address
Critical: Your shipping address cannot be changed once the order has shipped.
- Verify your address is complete and correct before completing your purchase
- Include apartment numbers, building names, or any special delivery instructions
- Ensure the recipient name matches identification if signature is required
Incorrect Address
If you provided an incorrect shipping address and the order has already shipped:
- You must contact the shipping carrier when the package arrives in your country
- The carrier may charge additional fees for address corrections or rerouting
- We are not responsible for these additional costs
- We cannot guarantee successful delivery to a corrected address
International Shipping
Customs and Duties
For international orders:
- Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, import taxes, and duties
- These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority
- We cannot predict or control these amounts
- We cannot mark packages as “gifts” or alter customs declarations
Customs Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Processing times vary by country and are beyond our control. Please be patient and monitor your tracking information.
Delivery Issues
Damaged Packages
Important: Do not use cutters or scissors to open your package, as this may damage the product inside.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Document the damage immediately with photographs (product, inner packaging, and outer package with label)
- Contact us within 7 days with the photographs
- We will arrange for a replacement to be sent
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
- Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim
- If the package is not located within 40 business days from the shipping date, contact us for a refund
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a postal facility, you will be responsible for reshipping costs if you wish to have the order resent.
